Shipping policy
At LeMoNoPets.com, we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery time

Processing time: Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be shipped no later than the next business day.

Average delivery time: Within the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is usually 1-2 business days.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will naturally inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
The prices stated in the webshop do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery address, and order value.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by the mail carrier or parcel delivery service of PostNL / DHL / DPD. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us by email so you can track your shipment.
Not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will often be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a nearby pickup location. In that case, the delivery driver will leave a message or notify you via the Track & Trace link.
